I hired John to complete a warranty inspection on our new construction home. John was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about all aspects of our home, and he had the best prices we could find. Thanks to him, we were able to address multiple issues with our builder and get them all fixed before our warranty expired! I highly recommend John for home inspections.

I found John on yelp and he quoted me a great rate and was available to do the inspection that same week, helping us speed up our home buying process. His inspection was key to determining if the home was a good fit. The inspection report itself was easy to read, detailed and efficient. Additionally, John was available to answer any questions we had about the inspection report. I highly recommend John to anyone who needs a home inspection in the Houston/ surrounding areas.
